OUTREACH AND SOCIAL SERVICES
Social & Outreach Service professionals provide residents that may be experiencing life challenges the necessary linkage to a broad range of benefits. Support may include transportation assistance, help with utilities, food, housing and other basic living needs. Some municipalities may also offer mental health counseling, while others serve as an advocate to ensure links to vital services.
