Homeless Shelters

Connecticut is addressing chronic homelessness using a community impact model. Through the Coordinated Access Network (CAN) individuals and families first
dial 2-1-1 to initiate service and then are quickly scheduled for an assessment with a CAN Navigator. Many of the listings below have partnered with CAN to
streamline access to shelters.
