AARP Connecticut will host two live, interactive Telephone Town Halls with federal legislators who represent Connecticut and other top experts this week to discuss the coronavirus pandemic and the steps the state of Connecticut and federal government are taking to respond.

• The first Tele-Town Hall on Tuesday, April 14, at 10 a.m. will include U.S. Senators Richard Blumenthal and Chris Murphy, and Quinnipiac University Professor Nick Nicholson, who has a PhD in Nursing from Yale and did his Postdoctoral Fellowship in Clinical Epidemiology and Aging Related Research at Yale School of Medicine.
• U.S. Congressman Jim Himes, Southwest Connecticut Agency on Aging Executive Director Marie Allen, and Yale New Haven Health Chief Clinical Officer Dr. Thomas Balcezak will participate in the second telephone town hall this week on Thursday, April 16, at 10 a.m
