Meet SoyIe

Meet Soyie– Care Manager at SWCAA

Care Managers must have strong time management skills. They must be well versed in conflict resolution. They must demonstrate compassion, confidence, kindness, responsibility, and efficiency. They are problem solvers and advocates. Sometimes, they are even magicians donning a cape and magic wand. Soyie exudes all of that and more. She has a quiet (unless you know her) confidence about her that not only makes her an excellent Care Manager, but an exceptional person. Even when dealing with the most difficult times, she maintains the utmost professionalism and gives 100%. Soyie has an affinity for the color green and enjoys a good 90’s R&B song. SWCAA and Team 4 are lucky to have her as are the clients and their families. Thank you Soyie for all that you do!

We are thrilled to shine this month’s Employee Spotlight on Katie Regan, our incredible Aging Answers Director. Katie is the perfect example of what it means to be a true team player—always stepping in wherever she’s needed and never hesitating to ask, “How can I help?”

Her team knows they can count on her for anything, whether it’s guidance, support, or simply a safe place to vent. Katie is a trusted confidant, a steady leader, and someone who consistently goes above and beyond for her employees, our clients, and the veterans she serves.

On top of all that, Katie seamlessly runs several programs for SWCAA, managing every detail with skill, dedication, and heart.
