Excellence in Aging - A call for Nominations!
The Southwestern CT Agency on Aging presents the "Excellence in Aging" award to an advocate in the field of aging for their outstanding innovation and leadership in preparing their community for the rapid growth of the older population. This award recognizes an individual or group for outstanding contributions toward advancing the cause of aging. Creative approaches and a consistent, high dedication to aging services will be honored. The award is significant in that the recipient successfully advances the cause of aging in the southwestern region. The award will be presented at the SWCAA Annual Meeting on October 21, 2010.
